Do I need to install anything?
No. Open the site in Safari on your iPhone. You can add it to your home screen from the Share menu so it opens like an app.
Does it work with a photo of my schedule?
Yes. Take a straight, well-lit photo of the printed schedule. A PDF from your portal is still the most accurate.
Does it only work with one company’s schedules?
No. Gemini instructor schedules are read instantly on your phone. Any other schedule, from any employer, is read by AI and then discarded.
What if my schedule changes?
Just upload the new schedule. SyncMyShift updates your calendar for those dates: moved sessions move, cancelled ones disappear, and new ones appear. No duplicates.
Does it work on Android or a computer?
Yes. It saves a calendar file that Google Calendar, Outlook, and Mac Calendar can open.
Is this made by my training company?
